The Thunder are improving their chemistry between their top three players, specially ball movement. Their last results are good, they fell in Minnesota after a close game but playing good basketball. Westbrook is finding his space in the new schema and George and Anthony are improving his percentages.

The Bucks depend a lot of what Giannis can do every night. He is already an all-star but he needs more help to win games like this. Middleton played really well last night and he will need to keep this level tonight.

I don't like the way Bucks are playing, when Giannis can't score from the outside is relatively easy to defend them. I think the Thunder won't be worried about the scoring of Giannis but they will try to limit the rest of the team.

The Jazz are a solid team at home. They have won all of their home games with a notable defense. They are having some difficulties with turnovers and offense. The rookie Donovan Mitchell is one of the big surprises of the Jazz and every day is playing better. Rubio is scoring 15ppg but he needs to improve as a leader.

The Mavs have won only one game but they have lost some of them for a few points. They are in a rebuilding process with Barnes as his best player. Nowitzki can still produce but with playing less minutes than ever. Matthews started very bad the season bus is starting to fins his rithm slowly.

I expect a close victory for the Jazz so I think Mavs can keep the margin.

The Jazz played awfully last game losing against the weak Suns. It was surprising because they didn't show effort. Things will change today at their court against the Lakers, they need to win and they need to improve their offense. Rubio and Gobert are not connecting very well but I think is just a question of time to improve it.

The Lakers are scoring a lot with Lonzo at PG and are bad at deffense. Ingram and Kuzma are playing great and their confidence is really high.

I expect a better offense for the Jazz today so I think the over is a very good option here.

The key of this game is the illness of Butler. But event without him they are able to win this game. Wiggins and Towns will get more shots and both of them love big stats. They received 130 points last night so I hope a better defense from them.

The Pistons lost the last game against the Sixers, they were completely dominated by Embiid and Simmons. They have some good players in the first unit but they are simple less talented than the Wolves. His best player is Harris and he will have a difficult matchup against Wiggins, by the way Wiggins only scored 7 points last night so I expect a reaction.

Jazz at Clippers

The Jazz have one of the best defenses in the league. It was amazing how they limit the offense of the Thunder in the last game. Ricky Rubio is already the leader of the team and Derrick Favors is producing at a high level. Udoh, Gobert, Sefolosha and Rubio are excellent defenders and the Jazz are showing very good chemistry.

The Clippers won the first pair of games against poor opponents and today is the first serious test. Blake Griffin is playing really well but Teodosic is out for an injury.

I think this will be a close game and 2.65 is very attractive for the Jazz.

The Thunder played very bad in Utah last night with zero ball movement. They didn't spend a lot of energy because the match was decided in the first half. I expect a great game by Westbrook because yeaterday he was disappointing.

The Wolves are not good right now, it's not clear who is the first option in offense and Teague is playing poor basketball.

Two teams full of egos that need more time to improve. I think that the Thunder will win this game showing high energy after his loss last night.

Another tough game for the Jazz. It's also a back-to-back after losing against the Wolves in a close game. Rodney Hood suffered an important injury, Rubio played incredible well against his former team but he usually has a lot of problems against Westbrook.

The Thunder won an easy first game and today should win this too against a tired team. I think the Jazz will fight until the end but it won't be enough to win this.

The Jazz won the first game but without playing good basketball. The second unit started a spectacular second-half comeback and Rubio finished the game with his defense. But during most part of the game they had problems in offense and deffense. It will be a special game for Rubio.

The Wolves have a lot of talent but they need some time to define roles. They lost the first game and is very important for them to win this to increase his confidence and chemistry.

I think is a little too soon for the Jazz to win against one of the best rosters in the west.

Clippers at Lakers

Chris Paul could be the best point guard in the last ten years and now he doesn't play for the Clippers anymore, but the Clippers has signed a magician, Milos Teodosic is his name. Obviously Teodosic is not as good defender and is not as good leader as Chris Paul but he can assist when he wants and he will create a lot of easy points for Blake and DeAndre. It will be very interesting to see the impact of Gallinari, an excellent player that hasn't had any luck with injuries.

In front the hyper Lonzo Ball and the Los Angeles Lakers. Lonzo is a special player, I don't see him as a star but it's inevitable to accept that he is a notable facilitator at least. He tries to create at a very high pace and this will be decisive for a high scoring game. Brook Lopez is a good player that has improve a lot his shooting but he can't guard any decent center.

Nuggets at Jazz

The loss of Hayward is very important for the Jazz and because of that they need to play more as a team. The sign of Ricky Rubio is perfect for a team that will try to defend even better than last year with Gobert as the most important player. Finally Favors seems ready for show his true potential and Hood will have a lot of opportunities to increase his numbers.

A frontcourt with Jokic and Millsap is one of the smartest in the league and they are very good at SG and SF with the renewed Harris and Chandler. The PG position is were they are less talented with Mudiay that is still trying to be a consistent player.

This is a game between an excellent offense and great deffense. I think that Millsap will need some time to fit in this team and the Jazz are already a solid team very efficient at home.

Celtics at Cavaliers

Season opener with a game between two of the best teams in the east.

The key of this game is the phisycal condition of LeBron James. Now he is listed as day-to-day and if he finally plays he won't be in his top condition. Wade and Rose are two former stars and as a good veterans is too early for them to be in good shape. Crowder is an excellent player that will produce from the first minute and Love will need a period of adaptation as a center.

Finally Irving is the franchise player in a real contender and he would want to demonstrate against his former team that he has made a good decision forcing the trade. The Celtics have and incredible team with the addition of Hayward and the promise rookie of Tatum. The underrated Horford will act more as an assistant this year and coach Stevens has a great opportunity for creating a serious alternative for the Cavs.

I can see the Celtics winning at the Quicken Loans Arena but I prefer using +3.5 for the Celtics.
